#02 - Can things get back to normal?

Taking my thoughts deep around the quesation, can things go back to the way they used to be?, After going through what we've gone though, after knowing what we know, after doing what we did, can things go back to normal?

I seek to expplore this question relying on human carachter evolution across time, some dark histories in recent times, specifically the world war, the fall of the Ottoman emprire and the famine of the syrian population which took the lives of half of the population.
